For job seekers
JapanSetu is free. We never charge job seekers. You apply on each employer’s own page; we never receive your application.
How we keep listings accurate
- Listings come from information employers publish on their careers pages and applicant tracking systems. Each listing shows the date it was last checked and its source.
- Visa sponsorship, Japanese level and apply-from-abroad are shown as the posting states them, or as “Not stated”. Salary is shown only when stated.
- Summaries are written by us; we ask readers to check exact conditions on the employer’s posting.
- Roles confirmed closed, or not updated for 30 days, are removed.
- When an employer or reader reports an error, we check promptly and correct or remove the listing.
How listings are ordered
Featured listings (paid, labelled “Featured”) come first; all others are ordered by most recently updated. Ordering is the same for every visitor.
Complaints
Send complaints or feedback to contact@japansetu.com. We reply within 2 business days and act promptly. Where an employer may be breaking the law, we may inform the local Labour Bureau.

We handle personal information only as needed for our stated purposes, under our privacy policy.
