| When the service is provided | Within 2 business days after payment is confirmed and the listing has passed review. Each listing runs for 30 days from the day it goes live. Use the slots in a 3-listing pack within 180 days of payment. |
| Cancellation and refunds (no defect) | You can cancel by email before the listing goes live for a full refund. Once a listing is live, we cannot cancel or refund it for reasons on your side, because of the nature of the service. If we decline a listing at review, we refund it in full. |
| Cancellation and refunds (defect on our side) | If a listing is not published or not displayed correctly because of our fault, we fix it promptly and extend the listing period. If it cannot be fixed, we refund the unused period pro rata. Please tell us by email during the listing period or within 7 days after it ends. |
| Order period / quantity | No order deadline. Founding employer listings are limited to our first employers, up to 5 listings each. |
